  If I could give a negative star...I'd give a few. I have bought 2 brand new Journey's there, one with the blacktop package...took my vehicle in to have a noise figured out in the front end & the service manager couldn't duplicate it "and nothing showed up on the computer" so nothing was wrong with it... Service manager was rude & condescending ....went to the general manager and he did nothing. So they torqued my wheels & replaced a nut and charged me $17 because I was a dissatisfied customer and I had made them aware. I took my vehicle to Owen Sound & there had been a mass

  Have experienced nothing but the best with Arthur Chrysler. Have dealt with them since 1988. Bought cars, caravans and have had service and maintenance done there almost exclusively. A wonderful and very fair place to do business and family run. Nothing but Kutos for owners and staff

  An outstanding experience from start to finish. The dealership is 2 hours from our hometown but we were looking for a specific vehicle and Arthur Chrysler had two to choose from, so we took a road trip! Jamie was a pleasure to work with: prompt with emails; happy to answer our (many) questions and he got us top dollar for our trade-in so we didn't have to go through the hassle of selling privately. Kim was happy to answer all our questions about financing and got us a much better rate than our bank. We're really happy with our new truck ... thank you Arthur Chrysler!
